Unlike traditional enrobing belts that must be lifted on and off the tempering machine, this stand-alone design remains on its own wheeled frame, making setup, storage, and changeovers fast and effortless.
Engineered for artisan chocolatiers and growing manufacturers, the enrober delivers smooth, consistent chocolate coverage on a wide variety of products, including truffles, caramels, cookies, snack bars, marshmallows, fruit, biscuits, and other confectionery items.
