Dough triangles are quickly turned into croissants, producing up to 1800 per hour, by placing dough triangles (from 3 to 6 mm) on the conveyor belt.

Usage and cleaning is easy. Simply lift cyliner daily to clean the rasp with a dry rag. Clean the belt weekly with a brush, and monthly, wipe down painted surfaces with a wet cloth and let dry. Instructional manual provided.
