The G300 stand-alone automatic gummy manufacturing and production system consists of a line capable of producing ~120,000 gummies per hour. It is for use with gelatin or pectin and ideal for CBD, THC, and vitamin gummies in one or two colors.
The G300 line incorporates cooking, depositing, oil spraying, cooling and de-molding, and is operated by a touch screen for easy-to-use control. It is a flexible system with dual hoppers, auto dosing, quick release tooling, a dual brush removal system, and polyurethane food grade cooling belt.
