The G800 automatic gummy manufacturing and production system is a stand-alone system capable of producing ~240,000 gummies per hour, for large scale production runs. It is for use with gelatin or pectin and ideal for the confectionery and pharmaceutical industries, producing gummies in one or two colors.
The G800 gummy line incorporates all necessary features for large scale gummy or hard candy production. The system includes a pectin gel mixing system, syrup and gel weighing and mixing system, 500L storage tank, advanced continuous cooker, CFA and active ingredients mixing system cooker, gummy depositor system, and cooling tunnel.
