Sholly-Choc 9 Kg chocolate melter, pronounced Sholly-Choc or Shollychoc, is conveniently sized with a durable and light weight plastic body and analog temperature control.
Made by ICB, this chocolate melter will safely dissolve, melt and maintain the temperature of your chocolate using a dry heat method (no water), gently heating on all sides and the bottom. When not in use, the included lid can be placed on top to keep air debris out.
