Truffly Made silicone Button Mold with 80 cavities or individual pieces per sheet will produce precisely formed candy shapes for use with chocolate, hard candy, gummy, ganache, praline, and caramel.
Each Truffly Made mold is manufactured from 100% platinum cured silicone and is certified food grade and FDA approved. Molds are perfectly sized for use with Universal and Semi-Automatic Truffly Made depositors, and two (2) molds will fit into an 18" x 26" sheet pan. Molds withstand temperatures from -40ºF to 500ºF so can be placed in an oven or blast freezer, and are flexible enough for hassle free release of candy product. Made with high grade silicone, Truffly Made molds have a strong resistance to warping, shrinking or tearing.

Truffly Made silicone candy and chocolate molds allow you to "pop out" a truffle or hard candy in a 1-step process. Centers can be left in molds, covered in the freezer, until you are ready to unmold them for dipping or enrobing, or molds (moulds) can be placed in an oven or blast freezer.
