The head of the machine can lift automatically to allow for rotation of the cooking tank, and the cooking tank can be tilted automatically for easy and safe product unloading. a Double spatula mixing arm has a planetary system and adjustable speed from 10 to 30 rpm. Cookers contain a computerized system to set temperature, program the heating, and set a cooking timer. And the frame, the safety guards and all components of the machinery are made of AISI 304 stainless steel for best cleaning, sanitation and durability.
