The START UP Bar Line is MIA Food Tech’s entry-level solution for producing cereal bars, nut bars, energy bars, and brittle. Designed for small businesses, start-ups, and R&D laboratories, this compact system offers dependable performance with a production capacity of 400–800 bars per hour, depending on bar size and recipe formulation.
Requiring only one operator and approximately 16–20 m² of workspace, the START UP line delivers professional results in a minimal footprint. It provides an ideal platform for launching new products, developing recipes, or scaling early-stage production.
Highly versatile and scalable, the line can be expanded easily by adding additional work tables or cookers as production demands grow. This ensures that small producers can increase volume without transitioning immediately to a fully automated line.
The START UP configuration includes a C1 AUTO Cooker paired with a temperature-controlled work table equipped with two cutting units—one for longitudinal cuts and one for crosswise cuts—providing consistent, uniform bars ready for further processing or packaging.
