Engineered for clean, consistent shaping, the machine features two Teflon-coated lamination rollers—one dedicated to forming the product mass and the second to smoothing it prior to cutting. For transversal cutting, choose between the standard pneumatic guillotine or an optional ultrasonic cutting unit for particularly sticky or delicate mixtures. Production speed and bar dimensions are conveniently set through the integrated HMI operator panel.
Bars exit the machine ready for further processing, such as chocolate enrobing, decorating, or feeding directly into a wrapping system.
