The MINI BARS 130 is a compact automatic production line designed for cereal, energy, protein, and similar bar formulations, delivering outputs of up to 60 bars per minute. This system is the smaller counterpart to MIA Food Tech’s large-scale bar lines, offering the same precision engineering in a footprint of less than four meters—ideal for small production facilities, test kitchens, and R&D laboratories.
Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the Mini Bars 130 ensures robust durability and hygienic processing. The line features a PTFE Teflon loading hopper, three adjustable lamination rollers, a longitudinal cutting unit with circular blades, and an ultrasonic transverse cutting unit for exceptionally clean cuts, even with sticky or delicate mixtures. Finished bars are gently transferred via an output separator belt, ensuring clean spacing for downstream operations such as chocolate enrobing or packaging.
The included HMI operator panel allows for complete control of cycle parameters, recipe storage, and optional remote connectivity for monitoring and support.
Note: A compressed air connection is required (150–200 L/min at a minimum pressure of 6 bar).
