The Betec MT80 GPE is a commercial chocolate molding machine featuring automatic tempering, external precision dosing, mold conveying, and inline vibration for producing chocolate bars, tablets, and molded chocolates.


The Betec MT80 GPE Chocolate Molding Line is an automatic continuous tempering, dosing, mold conveying, and vibrating system designed for producing solid chocolate bars, tablets, caraques, and other molded chocolate products.

This integrated production line combines the MT80 GPE automatic tempering machine, MVC mold conveyor, and VC 450 vibrating conveyor to provide a smooth, efficient process from tempered chocolate dosing through mold vibration.

MT80 GPE Automatic Tempering Machine

The MT80 GPE is an automatic continuous chocolate tempering machine with an 80 kg tank capacity.

Chocolate is transferred through an external dosing system for accurate and repeatable mold filling. The external piping configuration helps prevent chocolate from remaining in the tempering circuit longer than necessary, reducing the risk of over-crystallization during continuous production.

Automatic Chocolate Supply
