The roasting and/or drying process is uniform throughout operation, with the temperature electronically adjustable. The electric heating system is designed with a modulating mechanism to ptimize energy consumption and allow precise temperature control.
The machine is equipped with a smokedecanting cyclone connected to the roaster, as well as a carousel for cooling the roasted nuts and cleaning them after roasting.
