The machine uses a refrigeration unit to maintain the optimal temperature. The system is integrated with a heating unit, designed for certain recipes and to prevent residual fats from solidifying during work pauses between the steel spheres.
The recirculation circuit is achieved with a patented pump, allowing the production of liquid creams with a high oil content and creams with a high sugar content.
The management software enables precise recipe parameterization, from loading the raw product to unloading the finished product.
