The machine uses a refrigeration unit to maintain the optimal temperature. The system is integrated with a heating unit, designed for specific recipes and to prevent residual fats from solidifying during breaks in the processing cycle between the steel spheres.
The recirculation circuit is achieved with a patented pump, enabling the production of liquid creams with a high oil content and creams with a high sugar content. The management software allows for
precise recipe parameterization, from the loading of the raw product to the unloading of the finished product.
