The BETEC MBE 120-400 is a heavy-duty enrobing machine designed for applying compound chocolate, confectionery coatings, glazes, fondant, and sugar icing. Ideal for manufacturers who do not require on-board tempering, the MBE delivers consistent, high-quality coating performance for bakery and confectionery production.
Chocolate or coating is continuously circulated from the heated tank to the coating curtain using a precision wheel system, ensuring an even and consistent flow. The machine can also be used to fill molds using the flood-and-scrape method or configured with an enrobing belt to coat a wide variety of products.
For bakery applications, the MBE is available with an optional poly-cord conveyor belt, making it ideal for glazing donuts, cakes, pastries, biscuits, and other sticky products. For chocolate and compound coatings, the machine is available with a 400 mm wire mesh belt.
