The roasting and/or drying process is uniform throughout operation, with the temperature electronically adjustable. The electric heating system features a modulating mechanism to optimize energy consumption and allow precise temperature control.
The machine includes a smoke-decanting cyclone connected to the roaster, along with a carousel for cooling the roasted nuts and cleaning them after roasting.
