Flexipan® Mini-Squares baking molds conform to all U.S. and North American regulations for silicone molds in contact with food. Flexipan® is NSF, FDA and Kosher certified. This Mini-Square Flexipan® can also be used as a financier base for appetizers.
Flexipan® pastry molds, or moulds, are made with a combination of fiberglass and food grade silicone. This allows the baking mold to be extremely flexible for approx. 3000 uses. Simply use and wash with warm water. Flexipan® silicone molds can be used in temperatures of -40°F to +500°F (-40°C to +280°C). NO GREASING required or recommended for Flexipan® silicone baking molds. Unmold the product without breakage or waste.
