The Flexipan® SPONGE CAKE and CHEESECAKE baking mold is a flexible silicone mold that is available in sixteen (16) different sizes. Please select your desired size.
Flexipan® molds are made by Demarle, a French manufacturer and world leader of bakery and confectionery molds specializing in non-stick solutions. These molds (or moulds) are extremely flexible, can be used for baking or freezing, are completely non-stick (NO GREASING), and are made with a patented fiber mesh on the outside of molds for longer lasting durability.
