Candy and Chocolate Depositors
Table top depositors are ideal for dispensing precise amounts of ingredients into mold cavities one row at time. Candy makers and Chocolatiers can significantly increase production outputs, yielding up to 100 fillings or cavities per minute. Different models are available for different purposes but the Universal depositor is designed to work with not only low heat chocolate and chocolate related ingredients but also with high heat ingredients such as caramel, gummies, and hard candies so is called a candy or Universal depositor. Confectionery depositors are designed for use with fluid chocolate, ganache and nougat and can fill polycarbonate molds or pre-made chocolate shells or other items in blister molds.
