Chocolate World

Continuous tempering machines by Chocolate World for chocolate moulding and enrobing. Before you buy a Selmi, check out Chocolate World's Belgium quality buid that includes the refrigeration system, weld quality, and heavy duty stainles steel stirrer. The modular electrical panel design facilitates electrical troubleshotting and repairs. The 200mm enrobing line is well designed with double chocolate curtain, vibrating station, adjustable blowing unit, conveyor and detailer.  The feeder belt can be stopped for loading as wel as the 1m paper take off.  The thickness of chocoalte can be adjusted by the vibrating system (adjustable in intensity) and by the blowing unit (adjustable in height and intensity). At the end of the linne, the product is placed on a conveyor belt covered with foo-grade paper. Tyhe conveyor belt speed can be set by means of a regulator, adjusting the speed to the specific product and the number of employees.
