Chocolate World

Chocolate World tempering machines look very similar to a Selmi but have a lower cost plus a nicer quality build design that includes the refrigeration system, weld quality, and heavy duty stainless steel stirrer. The modular electrical panel design facilitates electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Their 200mm enrobing line is well designed with double chocolate curtain, vibrating station, adjustable blowing unit, conveyor and detailer. The feeder belt can be stopped for loading as well as the 1m paper take off.  The thickness of chocolate can be adjusted by the vibrating system's intensity and the blowing unit is adjustable in height and intensity. Conveyor belt speed is adjustable to accommodate specific products or the number of employees.

The CW12 is a smaller version of the CW24 automatic tempering machine with stand-alone enrobing option.
