KeyChoc offers an automatic continuous tempering machine with a larger tank capacity and larger tank hole -- for a larger work space. Heated and non-heated vibration tables in standard and extra large are available for the KeyChoc AX, plus depositing heads to fill moulds with one shot, and an autotmatic mould loading machine with built in vibration for increased output. Optional onsite installation and training for machine set up and assistance with operation is available, and especially helpful for Customers not using mainstream chocolate (i.e., craft chocolate or free-form chocolate). Customers also have the option to ship their chocolate direct to the manufacture in the UK for a full recipe evaluation and review, and is super helpful for non-mainstream chocolate that can be difficult to find proper temper settings and/or may require recipe modification.
