KeyChoc Chocolate Machines

KeyChoc has a long history of working with chocolate machinery, dating back to 1991. Their initial entrance into the marketplace began with reselling existing chocolate equipment and repairing machines. This valuable experience in working with many brands led to their decision to develop the KeyChoc range of equipment, beginning in 2005.

Formerly a division of Keylink Ltd, a leading supplier in the chocolate industry for nearly 45 years, KeyChoc became an independent company in 2010. They are an official machinery partner of the Barry Callebaut UK Academy and have become a trusted chocolate equipment provider for artisan and larger industrial chocolate producers in both the UK, where they are located, and throughout the world.

The KeyChoc INFINITY Series of chocolate and tempering machines has been designed as a versatile, modular chocolate production system and includes the following:

  • Infinity AX (60kg fully automatic tempering machine)
  • Infinity BX (24kg fully automatic tempering machine)
  • Infinity MX (75kg seed tempering machine)
  • Infinity BT150 (150kg fully automatic batch tempering machine)
  • Infinity AML (Automatic Mould Loader)

Keychoc confectionery machines can be combined to best accommodate your product output requirements. For instance, here are several examples of combining equipment to best match your needs:

  • AX Auto-Tempering Machine + AML (Automatic Mould Loader)
    • Produce up to 165kg of perfectly tempered solid chocolate products in ~1.5 hrs.
    • The AX would spend the rest of the day melting and tempering, leaving you free to do other things!
  • AX Auto-Tempering Machine + AML + MT500
    • Add a melting tank to your line to increase daily throughput > 400 kgs. per day.
  • AX Auto-Tempering Machine + MX Melter + AML
    • Make up to 1000 kgs of product per day of solid chocolate products

KeyChoc brings a large amount of appeal to the confectionery industry, providing easy to use equipment at sensible pricing.
