Panning and Spinning
Panning machines for coating confections with chocolate, cocoa, sugar, etc., plus chocolate spinning machines for making hollow chocolate shapes from polycarbonate moulds. Panning machines are available with no heat, ambient air, and heated air, and in a variety of sizes. Some fit conveniently on your table-top and others are freestanding. Chocolate mould spinners are available with one arm, or two arms for increased productivity.
