Dedicated Enrobers

Robust coating machines designed specifically for enrobing. These dedicated enrobing machines are distinguished by the variable drive motors encased in the machine (versus external) and come standard with transparent covers and heating lamps. They can be used as moulding stations and most can be fitted with depositing heads as well. Wheels are used to move the coating when using a compound chocolate and the auger pump or chilling plates (LCM) are used when coating with coverture chocolate.
