For customers working with couverture chocolate, the enrober can be supplied with pre-tempered chocolate from an external tempering tank. Alternatively, tempered chocolate can be introduced directly onto the wire belt in a continuous strip, allowing it to circulate gently through the system for approximately 25 minutes to maintain working consistency.
