TCF Sales is now stocking a less costly option for table-top chocolate melters, available in various sizes to accommodate production needs and counter spaces.

The Analogue Scioglichoc, or ShollyChoc as referred to in North America, is an analog dry heat melter for chocolate that gently warms your chocolate without compromising its structure. 

Its body is lightweight, yet strong, and temperature is easily set using a dial. A removable stainless steel pan is included, as well as a lid. When not in use, simply cover your chocolate inside its pan to keep air debris or other from getting into your chocolate. 

This ShollyChoc line of chocolate melters is very similar to the leading brand but less costly.

As desired, chocolate can be tempered inside the ShollyChoc using the seeding method.
