Eight piston Univeral Candy Depositor in a compact table-top design deposits metered doses of candy or chocolate into molds one row at a time, removing the burden of filling mold cavities individually while increasing dosing accuracy and product uniformity. Depending on your mold size, the Universal Depositor can produce ~700 pieces in less than 30 minutes! 

With a heated hopper and heavy-duty pistons, users can deposit high-heat ingredients like hard carndy, gummies and caramel, or low-heat ingredients like chocolate and ganache.

The Universal Depositor, also called a candy depositing machine or candy depositor, comes with a large hopper with cover, full heating system, 8 heavy duty piston assemblies with stainless steel balls, nozzles that can be aligned to best accommodate your mold, plus an aluminum pallet carrier and spare o-rings.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior to re-assembling after cleaning, it is strongly advised to use a food safe spray grease for high heat applications on parts identified in the manual to guarantee a steady filling each and every time. (Do not use a coconut oil or similar; not applicable for high heat applications.)  Suggested Heat Settings:  30°C / 86°F for chocolate, 88°C / 190°F for gummy; 128°C / 260° F for hard candy.
