Chocolate World’s 200mm enrobing line is thoughtfully designed for consistent, high-quality results. It features a double chocolate curtain, vibrating station, adjustable blowing unit, conveyor, and detailer. The feeder belt can be paused for loading, and the 1m paper take-off simplifies end-of-line handling. Chocolate thickness can be precisely controlled through both the vibration intensity and the adjustable-height, adjustable-intensity blower. The conveyor speed can also be fine-tuned to match specific products, workflow requirements, or staffing levels.
