This guitar cutter is super high quality. It is a solid, well made piece of equipment that any chocolatier or confectioner should have if they are making products requiring perfect cuts of the same size candies/chocolates. It is easy to use, not too bad to clean and a must-have in a chocolatier's kitchen. I highly recommend it.
