About Us

Since our founding in 2007, TCF Sales has stuck to a basic belief: There’s no replacement for the satisfaction gained from "doing good business with good people.” Our international purchasing and logistics experience has provided a solid base for sourcing and importing products from quality European suppliers. Customer service and customer satisfaction is paramount to TCF Sales. We take pride in matching individual requirements to the perfect solution for your business…it’s what we’re best at!


TCF Sales is built on relationships and family. We (owners Kim and Tom Polk) worked together in the aviation industry for years. After some twists, turns, and a few decades, we’re back in partnership and it’s been an exciting several years growing the business from local chocolate fountain rentals (we’ve been in the retail trenches) and importing guitar cutters and tabletop melters during the economic downturn, to where we are today --  an international sales and support center covering a full range of chocolate and candy making equipment and tools.


The chocolate industry brings us into contact with great people, and TCF Sales is continually working to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We recently adopted a new Customer Support Plan carried out by what we like to call "TEAM POLK” and have found that people like doing business with us because they get an actual "live body” to speak with them about their needs and requirements and to work together to solve specific challenges as they arise.

Tom takes the lead on Sales and Product management. His depth of experience in international sourcing and product development translated into the steady annual growth of TCF Sales as a single-source provider for artisans, mid-level Chocolatiers and candy makers, and bean-to-bar chocolate makers.


Kim manages Customer Orders and Customer Service and is our in-house go-to person to "get it shipped, get it fixed, get it right." Not one to give up easily, she’ll stick with you and your staff to brainstorm solutions, fit product to need, or solve invoicing, financing, and shipping questions until détente is reached.


Daughter Alicia works on the sales and customer support side, joining us in 2015. She comes from a successful career in the food & beverage industry. Alicia’s organizational vision and sixth sense for customer care perfectly rounds out our customer service team.


Kyle is our go-to warehouse manager, a self-proclaimed artist with a free spirit. Youngest daughter, Addison, assists with language translation as she finishes her graduate studies.


We enjoy visiting with customers about their business requirements, and feel fortunate to call many of our customers, our friends. If you are already a customer, we sincerely thank you and look forward to serving you for many years.
