Great option for smaller scale operations

Before we upgraded to the guitar cutter, this roller cutter was a great cutting solution for our fruit jellies. We ordered the larger size blades in case we wanted to cut thicker confections but for most candies the smaller blades would suffice. Adjusting the 6" blades does require an Alan Key (located in the handle) but I purchased an extra-long Alan key which was easier to work with. This product is a great time saver and an affordable cutting solution if you can’t spring for the guitar.
